Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• In the same condition that you received it
• Unworn or unused, with tags attached
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase or simply the order number generated by www.demastic.com

Damages and Issues
• Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if:
• Your item is defective or damaged
• You received the wrong item
• We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or exchange as appropriate.
• Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
• Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
• Under garments due to Hygiene issues
• Customized items purchased from us unless we didn’t do the work your written instructions.
• Sale/clearance items

Exchanges
• To exchange an item, we recommend:
• Starting a return for the original item.
• Placing a new order for the replacement item once your return is accepted.
• This ensures the fastest delivery and availability of stock.
• European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law. This means you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, without needing to provide a justification.
• To qualify, the item must:
• Be in unused, resalable condition
• Have all original tags and packaging
• Include proof of purchase

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
You will receive confirmation by email
