Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

             To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

             In the same condition that you received it

             Unworn or unused, with tags attached

             In its original packaging

      Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase or simply the order number generated by www.demastic.com

Damages and Issues

      Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if:

      Your item is defective or damaged

      You received the wrong item

       We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or exchange as appropriate.

      Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

      Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

      Under garments due to Hygiene issues

    Customized items purchased from us unless we didn’t do the work your written instructions.

      Sale/clearance items

Exchanges

             To exchange an item, we recommend:

             Starting a return for the original item.

             Placing a new order for the replacement item once your return is accepted.

             This ensures the fastest delivery and availability of stock.

             European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

 

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law. This means you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, without needing to provide a justification.

 

             To qualify, the item must:

             Be in unused, resalable condition

             Have all original tags and packaging

             Include proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

You will receive confirmation by email

It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund
